All Cornerstone Trading ltd. products are covered by our Money Back or Replacement Guarantee for 30 DAYS from the date of receipt of the product. If your product becomes damaged during shipping or is found to be defective in any way during this period, we will replace your product or issue you a complete refund and we will pay all shipping costs involved as part of the guarantee. 90 DAY Free Parts and Labor guarantee - If your product stops working or becomes damaged during this period, return the product to us and we will repair it with free OEM parts and no labor charges; shipping to and from to be paid by the buyer.

The Guarantee is only valid in the US and Canada. If you purchase this product and ship it to a destination outside of the US and Canada, this guarantee becomes Null and Void.

If you change your mind and do not wish to keep the product, it must be returned NEW & UNUSED in the original box and you must pay the return shipping. Please note that there may be a 15% Restocking Fee and your product CANNOT be returned if it has been used unless our warranty applies(see above)

Although all of our products are checked and thoroughly inspected by our service department before they are shipped to our customers, we strongly urge you to use/run your product during the first few days of receiving it to make sure it is in perfect working condition.

ALL shipments are insured. If your product is damaged while in transit or upon receipt, we will get a replacement product to you as soon as possible. For faster processing, please notify the delivery driver/agent of the damage and/or notify us as soon as you can; please provide pictures (if possible) to help speed up the process.
